The non-profit Dasen American Academy was founded by Xiebing Cauthen in 2002 and is now located in its new facility at 444 Estudillo Avenue, San Leandro California, 94577.
Mission Statement
In a fast changing, chaotic world, people now more than ever need the self confidence, right-thinking principles and strength of character required to resist negative experiences and influences. By achieving this objective, they can set the stage for happier, more productive and more satisfying lives for themselves and those around them. Dasen’s unique blend of individual development regardless of social class, economic status, race or chosen field has proven to be very successful. The Dasen American program is based firmly upon three essential principles: namely, ethics, empathy and etiquette. In all our classes and discussion groups we stress the importance of conducting one’s life in an honest and ethical manner, of demonstrating empathy and compassion for other people, and of behaving appropriately in all situations. The Academy is dedicated to helping our students find and express their highest and most personally rewarding potential.
Good Actions Bring Good Reactions
Many people have all but given up on education. Some claim that education is not for everyone. Others lament the lack of funds or cast blame. My name is Xiebing Cauthen and I am the President of the Dasen American Academy. My 30 years of teaching in China and the Bay Area have led me to take a more positive approach….read more here.
